Description

Objectives:This 24 month tailor-made program offers you opportunities to boost your career in the coatings industry. There will be opportunities for comprehensive rotations, including overseas training, to develop yourself and various capabilities. The program will prepare you for assignments at BASF’s Coatings division in China with challenging tasks, exciting projects, international exposure and responsibility from day one. You can look forward to receiving excellent support, and your capabilities, and attractive career prospects. Main Task:

• During the first 12 months on-the-job training in China, you will be able to integrate quickly into the company and get a first view about the Coatings products and processes.
• You will have a comprehensive overseas training in the second 12 months at the BASF Coatings headquarters in Muenster, Germany or other sites all over the world.
• You will have the possibility to be well connected within the global organization, thanks to a wide range of networking events and through ongoing support from your personal guide and mentor.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, German will be considered as a plus.
• Oversea above-average Master degree in Chemecial/Engineering or equivalent overseas experience.
• Oversea Internship and/or work experience in techinical field in MNC
• Demonstration great mangaement/leadership potentials with down to earth personality
• High intercultural orientation and awareness of safety, health and environment
• Willingness to work in a challenging environment
