Description

Objectives
- Expert in automotive coatings for water borne and solvent borne technologies
- In depth knowledge of coating formulations, resin chemistry, coating additives, pigments and solvents
Main Tasks
- Basecoat development, paint application, evaluation of coatings performance according to standards/customer requirements
- Actively exchange with customization team to ensure success development and launch of products
- Coach product upscale to ensure technology transfer to lab phase to production phase
- Writes comprehensive reports and evaluations on data obtained from experimentation and, if necessary, orally present observations, conclusions and recommendations to persons in areas of the company’s interests.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor/Master in Technology Preferably polymer chemistry/Chemical
- Working Experience: 2-5 years in the field of Automotive OEM Coatings technology development
