What you can expect

As laboratory manager, you will support our Polyurethane Research group in the further development of polyurethane materials for a wide variety of applications at the earliest date possible.

  • You shall head a research laboratory for polyurethanes and assume responsibility for project management in an international team.
  • To safeguard our competitive edge, you will observe and evaluate scientific trends and develop ideas and proposals for new products.
  • You shall work closely together with internal partners in research and development, marketing and with our global production locations.

What we expect

  • You have a doctorate in chemistry or materials science, preferably with emphasis on polymer chemistry, and can provide proof of having above-average grades while in college.
  • You are interested in the development of polymer-based system solutions that are used in a wide variety of innovative industries, such as automotive, construction and sports industry.
  • You have already proven your good command of English while working together in an international team.
  • You have initial experience in project management and focusing on innovation and enjoy inspiring and motivating others to succeed.
