Description

Objectives

• Work on the quality analysis & testing for the in-coming, in-process, finished goods and customer’s samples;
• Conduct the assigned work by Lab Manager

Main Tasks

• Implement the ISO14001、OHSAS18001and EHS policy and regulation based on BASF guideline.
• Act as the emergency response team member, including for firefighting, chemical leakage, first aid.
• Daily check and maintenance of Lab safety and housekeeping.
• Perform IQC, PQC and FQC quality analysis and customer’s samples analysis testing (Standby for urgent sample analysis is required).
• Manage and maintain QC testing database.
• Monitor and maintain the ultrapure water and cleaning room quality.
• Routine management and disposal of reserved samples and dangerous waste.
• Support on the site audit from internal, third party or external customers.
• Timely finish the personnel qualification testing (frequency: 6 months).

Requirements

• Education: At least bachelor degrees or above in Chemistry or analysis chemistry or chemical engineer
• Working Experience: working experience as analytical necessary with at least 1 years analytical experience.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Work experience on ICP-MS、ICP-OES、IC、TOC、UV、Auto-titrator is preferential. ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18001 and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 is an added advantage.
