Objectives of thePosition

• Implementation of reinforcement work with project team to ensure sustainable set up
• According to supervisor’s direction and relevant technical guidelines, install, modify, test, relocate mechanical equipment/facilities to improve safety, productivity and efficiency with site Engineering & Maintenance to ensure better plant performance
• Technilcal coordination to represent Paint Plant including Spray Booth with Asset manager

Main Tasks

1. Implementation of Reinforcement project Conceptual work Study of reinforcement concept(place, method, timing…) with project team(engineering team) Decision for detail engineering work Execution period Interface between production & project team Input technical information to project team during detail engineering work Study & decide detail reinforcement plan from plant view Coordination and arrangement of production schedule and construction schedule Put Safety and Quality requirement into construction method 2. Support of Investment Project implementation Coordinate to engineer, install, modify, test, relocate mechanical equipment/facilities in the plant with site Engineering & Maintenance to improve efficiency Support to develop annual + mid-term forecast of investment plan based on the business needs Participate technical review within Paint Plant (with EC regional/global experts, if necessary) Prepare Commission paper for investment project for approval 3. Technical coordination support for Asset manager ・Bridge coatings expertise and requirements to identify the best technical solution for Totsuka Paint Plant between regional coatings experts, global coating experts ・Maintenance Keep assets in good shape together with Site Engineering & Maintenance Develop and maintain regular maintenance program with Asset manager and site Engineering & Maintenance Support to develop maintenance budget to Asset Manager based on the asset condition Drive TPM initiative at Plant level Update and maintain P&ID, interlock list and equipment list Minimum Education and Qualification Required forthe Position

• Education: University or above in Chemical engineering/Machine
• Working Experience: More than 5 years at Production/Engineering/Maintenance
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical and/or engineering related knowledge, experience
