Description

Objectives

• Provide efficient and effective technical service to customers to support projects commercialization and business growth.
• Maintain & Operate Lab in well-organized and run properly.

Main Tasks Technical Support

• Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issues.
• Provide competitive product performance information to verify competitiveness of own products. Information to be collected in a data base

Product application and development

• Provide technical guidance / assistance to customer for product applications, including optimization, troubleshooting, and training of personnel to enhance sales services
• Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and manufacturing practices and share with the sales/marketing personnel to foster technical expertise throughout the region

Support to define customer needs

• Sharing information related to customer expectation and product performance with team members

Product launch

• Support to develop processes and procedures in technical aspects to ensure successful introduction of the defined products
• Participate as part of a product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the product in customer serving processes

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, Metal material and mechanical engineering background, Injection machine/tooling manufacturing is a plus.
• Working Experience: 0~3 years working experience.
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: Material Science or Powder Metallography education background, injection moulding technology knowledge is a plus
