Description

Objectives

• According to the defined production processes and quality requirements, schedule and plans, following Company EHS guideline, properly operate the machines/ equipment and handle the chemical raw materials to fabricate the products that meet the requirements in quantity and quality schedule and process.

Main Tasks

• Operates the machines/ equipments following defined production processes/ plans to meet the given schedules.
• Observe operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output and identify any unusual findings and fix the problems.
• Alert the relevant personnel the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles,e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, including recording the problems according to procedures/ standards.
• Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials and regulate as instructed.
• Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time.
• Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
• Timely share the necessary information for the daily production with co-operators, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance.
