  • To be technical expert for resin products/solutions to support the business growth
  • Develop/localize Flooring and repair/waterproofing products based on local market needs
  • Optimize polymer product formulations to improve competitiveness in terms of costing, performance and lead time;
  • Ensure product quality and productivity by providing support and guidance to production team
  • Ensure related products/systems can be applied properly by providing application guidance, training and to develop the application technique consistently
  • Lead technical projects effectively include all activities in lab and site trials
  • Provide support to PMs and sales on selling tools development, competition analysis and application know how

Main Tasks:

  • Development/localization for Flooring and repair/waterproofing products
  • Optimizing current formulations based marketing strategy to keep product competitive both on performance, cost and lead time
  • Closely monitor product quality by cooperating with QC and site support team and take necessary actions to achieve targeted quality performance
  • Provide training/application guideline to sales team
  • Support PMs and communication to develop and produce selling tools based on market/sales needs
  • Trouble shooting for site application
  • Guide technician for lab work
  • Ensure the work performed according to EHS regulation.
  • Take initiative to evaluate alternative raw materials and optimize formulation to decrease cost, single source and improve lead time and supply reliability
  • Solve product complaints in time


  • Education: Master Degree, major in Polymer, or Material Engineer, or Chemistry, or related.
  • Working experience: More than 4 years technical work experience in resin product development, technical service or related, polyurethane or epoxy relevant will be preferred
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: 1. Good at resin product formulation development/test work;2. Innovative and can carry out daily technical work independently; 3. Good English in oral, writing, reading.
