Objectives of thePosition

• 上長の(一時的・部分的)指示・監督のもと、上長の指示を理解し、自分の業務の範囲内で自ら判断し、確実に業務を執行する。
• 品質意識、コスト意識を持って、リチウムイオン電池用正極材の製造を行う。
• 品質向上のための運用システムを構築する。
• ＥＨＳの推進をサポートし、事故災害、環境問題を起こさない環境づくりを行い生産性の向上に努める。

Core Responsibility

• 改善活動を行う：工程巡視及び日報の改訂により、チョコ停を低減させる。
• 品質を向上させる：設備機器等の維持・管理・適切な取り扱いにより、品質異常を低減させる。
• 安全を管理する：EHSの要求を満たすよう業務を実施し、安全管理を順守・維持する。KYT、ヒヤリハット活動を維持する。
• コストを管理する：VACDを提案する。　

Minimum Education and Qualification Required forthe Position

• 特定化学物質作業主任者
• 工場製造現場リーダー経験者
• 安全管理知識、設備管理知識、パソコンスキル（エクセル・ワード）中級以上
