The goal of this role is to develop a candidate to be a liaison between Maintenance, Contractors, Production, and Capital Execution teams to coordination, scheduling, and permitting of maintenance activities. This will be a rotational, developmental role that will build the skillsets required to be a future leader. Candidates will rotate every 6-12 months through three production units, augmented with off-site training and learning experiences in various support functions. • Act independently regarding daily, weekly, and monthly activities and interact with various levels of the operations and maintenance organizations.
• Engage frequently with Production Execution Teams, Supervisors, Production/Maintenance Coordinators, Specialists, Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors, Planners, Schedulers, and Crafts.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

• Bachelor's/Associates degree plus at least 3 years of relevant work experience; in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma/Equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of operational experience in a chemical/industrial environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of basic unit operations and equipment fundamentals.
• Awareness of Safe Work Permitting, Hot Work, Lockout/Tagout, Line Breaking, and Job Hazard Analysis.
