• Hardware maintenance, PM, service contract, troubleshooting
  • 300mm Reflexion polisher
  • 200mm Mirra/Mesa polisher
  • 200mm GnP polisher
  • SDS (local slurry delivery system)
  • Metrology tools (Rs, OP5300, Dektak-α step)
  • Waste facility
• Safety and Efficiency
  • Safety EHS relevant topics
  • Lab waste reduction
  • Continuous improvement on cost, safety relevant topics
• Technical service request (TSR)
  • Execute TSR with 200/200mm polisher
  • Support application staff for experimental development
