Description

Main Tasks

  • Work in partnership with Complex Management Team and give advise to the team members to ensure successful delivery of process improvement projects and initiatives; drive the culture change towards individual and team in alignment with Complex’s objectives and targets.
  • Develop the change management strategy model and understanding of the status quo, employees’ needs and intended culture to transform in order to gain commitment in achieving the desired culture. Identify the most expected and potential points of resistance to change. Develop counter strategies to reduce the resistance and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.
  • Formulate and utilize the appropriate application of structured change management approach, methodologies and tools with respect to training and orientation of employees to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence and ensure all the outlined objectives to inculcate organization effectiveness are achievable successfully.
  • Lead the development of engagement and communication strategies to gain buy-in and commitment from targeted group; plan activities that made belief and encourage participation from all leaders and employees, able to influence and motivate all employee towards organizational changes and process improvement efficiency; to deliver accurate and consistent key messages across the workforce by leveraging on available engagement platforms to achieve the desired result.
  • Establish parameters to measure employees and team adaptation and response toward the culture change; provide progress report to Complex Management Team that provides intelligence and foresight, mitigate risks to ensure the desired outcomes achieve for sustainable culture transformation and realization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Science Social/ HRM
  • Preferred 5 -10 years’ relevant experience and similar industry
  • Intermediate Level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) applications
  • Able to work under intense pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines
