- Responsible to ensure development and launch of new products on the market that will make the future company portfolio, through field testing in the representative areas.
- Provide technical leadership in support Marketing and Sales team
Main Areas of Responsibility Technical Support
- Provide technical leadership in support Marketing and Sales team.
- Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/follow up complaints on technical related issue.
- Create training programs for sales and marketing team.
- To conduct field tests to answer all technical questions raised by sales marketing teams, to achieve the best alternatives for the farmer.
- Responsible for technical positioning of new product in a crop spray program
- Fine tune the Good Agricultural Practices of new and existing product based on area wise.
- Support presentation/seminar and workshops during new product launching.
- Complaint handling and trouble-shooting for a new product.
- Suggest innovative ways to promote product to marketing based on day to day observations in field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture
- 3-5 years of experience in related Agricultural Marketing/Research
- Knowledge in Agriculture industry and Agriculture research
- Computer Literate
