We are seeking a Production Execution Manager to lead the development of the daily execution team to ensure the execution of the production plan in a cost-effective, reliable, and safe manner.   • Establish and drive the achievement of plant goals, objectives, and operational budgets to assure continuous improvement.
  • Drive EHS, Operational Discipline, and LEAN continuous improvement.
  • Optimize fixed and variable manufacturing unit costs and provide technical support for cost-effective operations.
  • Provide operations coordination for asset optimization through coordination with Maintenance, Asset Management, Strategic team, and other daily execution teams to achieve Maintenance Process Improvements (MPI).
  • Provide technical and trouble-shooting guidance for production and maintenance.
  • Be responsible for the leadership, development, succession planning/knowledge transfer, and performance management of the Daily Execution Team.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or another technical discipline and at least 7 years of manufacturing experience; OR degree may be substituted by a High School Diploma and 12 years of chemical / petrochemical manufacturing experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience leading teams in a chemical/petrochemical or similar manufacturing environment.
