Description

Objectives: To efficiently manage aspects of the order fulfilment process in accordance with BASF’s Quality Manual and Operating Procedures in order to provide high quality service to both internal and external customers. Main Tasks:

  • Prepare and process sales order
  • Monitor order status and feedback to sales and customers
  • Customer Master data and credit management
  • Exceptional order handling
  • Document handling
  • Handling NCM and customer complain
  • Customer interaction and business rule implementation
  • Business project involvement

Requirements:

  • College degree or above.
  • At least 3 years working experience in Customer Service related, preferably in MNC.
  • Skilful in MS Office; Familiar with ERP system, especially SAP.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
