Where the Chemistry Happens… As the Head of Product Management (Director), you will lead the development and implementation of product management for PMN’s Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and quality management team for N-PMN. You will represent N-PMN’s leadership team by providing ownership and direction for the regions product and quality management.   • Leverage your strategic planning expertise to develop and execute regional elements for the SBUs, and serve as the key regional liaison with global SBU strategy managers to ensure alignment, with focus on CAPEX initiatives.
  • Driving financial decisions for the N-PMN and SBUs’ product portfolios, you will work to maximize margins, return on assets, and lead business case development for new assets. This includes setting, tracking, and achieving margin targets for each SBU, taking into account raw material forecasts, revenue development and cost movement.
  • You will lead strategic cost initiatives through focus on raw materials, packaging, network optimization, and portfolio management to ensure each SBU hits their financial targets.
  • Direct annual product portfolio optimization activities to improve profitability for up to 4,000 products across all industry segments.
  • Hold management accountability for the raw material portfolio and direct strategic developments, operational planning, inventory management, production schedules, and procurement.
  • Engage with customers to develop a proactive plan to manage supply alignment.
  • Lead a cross-functional Non-Conformance Management (NCM) team to perform root cause analysis and resolution of customer quality issues.
  • Apply your strong business acumen to mitigate risk within the supply chain of the PM’s 16 plants, and serve as the key decision-maker for proper allocation of products during material shortages.
  • Maintain high-level quality management of systems and KPIs.
