Where the Chemistry Happens… We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Analyst to join our Agricultural Products Division (APN) based out of our Research and Development (R&D) facility in Research Triangle Park, NC. Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Analyst (1704112) – Research Triangle Park, NC As a Customer Experience (CX) Solutions Analyst, you will represent BASF by leading the development and deployment of Systems of Engagement (SOE) across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring SOE support and will enable defined user experiences by thoroughly understanding requirements as defined by each business unit. Your key capabilities will include effective coordination, prioritization and consensus building across multiple business stakeholders and IT, project management, and experience with agile methodology.   • Enable APN businesses to win the market by effectively connecting channel distributors, retailers, end users and internal customer facing teams
  • Collaborate with a third-party strategic partner, IT Team, and Digital strategy team throughout the implementation
  • Articulate and prioritize business requirements to technical resources, while providing guidance and direction on SOE solutions, to meet business needs and enable customer experience strategies
  • Manage expectations, identify synergies, and creatively problem-solve across the region where multiple independent solutions exist
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders as transition to the new platform occurs
  • Lead new system implementation, measure acceptance, and manage system retirement, as appropriate, without interrupting the effectiveness of daily operations

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…

  • BS/BA, or higher level degree
  • Demonstrated experience applying agile methodology
  • 10+ years of experience successfully implementing digital solutions
  • Experience managing large projects requiring you to understand business needs, and then interpret them into technical solutions
  • Experience executing development on-time and on-budget, while effectively collaborating with & meeting the needs of stakeholders
  • Experience managing large scale deployments, mitigating risks and managing adoption plans
  • Strong communication skills; Strong negotiation skills; Strong collaboration skills; Mobile first mind-set

We Also Look For…

  • BS/BA or Higher Degree in Integrated Digital Marketing, Business Analysis or Related Field
  • 2+ years of experience coaching others on agile methodology
  • Experience with integrated digital marketing concepts across multiple channels (ex. email, mobile, retail, web, social …)
