Main Tasks
1. Achieving the given sales targets for given area through clients and collect liabilities like payment on time.
2. To develop good and effective contacts with all customers / consultants/ architects for furthering company’s business.
3. To establish and maintain good rapport with distributors to gain higher sales and help them to expand their base.
4. Handling & closing customer complaints effectively.
5. To strategize & implement sales promotion activities in consultation with Cluster Head.
6. To locate, appoint and develop distributor in untapped areas
7. To work with sales & marketing teams to promote Master Builder Solution products in Channel Sales
Qualification: UG degree with MBA
Experience: 3-5 years in sales of Construction Chemicals, Building Materials like cement, Tiles, paints, building material etc
Candidate should be confident, self driven with pleasing personality with excellent communication skills and willing to travel
