Main Tasks

  • Act as an active member in support sales and marketing team to provide technical support / with marketing tools / documentation

  • Ensure not to get any complaint and if comes need to be address in 24 Hours of time.

  • Provide technical support to customers as trouble shooters and technical consultant, including handling/ follow-up complaints on technical related issues.

  • Provide inputs and recommendations for developing/evaluating product applications, defining marketability, modifications and termination of ineffective products

  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of newly developing technologies and manufacturing practices and share with the sales/marketing personnel

  • Develop processes and procedures in technical aspects to ensure successful introduction of the defined products.

  • Training and Development of Sales / Marketing & Application Team on product systems

  • Training and Development of Applicators and Distributors on product systems and its application.

  • Participate as part of a product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the product in customer serving processes

  • Share with the sales and marketing team via reporting/ workshops the experience gained in technical service laboratories/ manufacturing processes in proper application/ formulation techniquesSupport presentation/ seminars and workshops to launch product

  • Ensure compliance with values & principles, code of conduct and EHS guidelines of BASF in all business activities. Exhibit safe behavior while at project sites.

  • Finding a new applicator / Evaluation need to be done before taking them on BASF’s Applicator list.

  • Help Achieve sales and market profitability by Driving, monitoring, guiding and supporting including overall Product management of:(i) sale activities (ii)distribution channel activities & Training of CS material, (iii)Control QA & QC for effective application of systems to reduce failures of product system and application, (iv) key accounts and projects application Monitoring ,

  • Make Presentation during seminars for influencers / applicator/distributor meets on system application Project Management and quality assurance and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with values & principles, code of conduct and EHS guidelines of BASF in all business activities


  • Diploma in Experience in Construction chemicals / Civil Engineering / Interior Designer / Architect

  • Mini. 4 to 5years work experience in use of Construction Chemicals or from Construction Industry
