In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers (panel beaters, body shops and automotive spray painters) in application techniques, product selection and colour matching from our premium Glasurit product range. You will develop relationships through regular visits to body shops to help with training and troubleshooting. You will also discuss product selection with our customers ensuring that we are meeting the needs of their business. The role would suit someone with solid technical skills as a Spray Painter who is looking to move off the tools, into a role with variety and more work / life balance. We will provide you with industry leading training to make you a technical expert in automotive coatings. • experience and qualifications as an Automotive Spray Painter
• experience mentoring or coaching other spray painters
• professional communication skills and willingness to build relationships
• competency using basic computer software
• effective communication skills
