Objectives of the Position

  • Ensure the personal performance in compliance with the EHS.
  • Develop, monitor and help the customers in northern china to achieve the sales target.
  • To conduct sales and marketing activities. Recognize, understand and in-time report the market situation (competitors, customers) in technical and commercial aspects.
  • Self-motivate, dynamatic.
  • To provide after sales service to customers efficiently, to build customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Tasks

  • Resourceful - New Business Areas, New Approach to Extg Business. Project Development - To implement SIP by learning business management strategy and being involved in regional business sales policy.
  • Planning, Reporting and Work Organisation: To define customer need and improve sales performance by visiting targeted account under supervisor's guiding support.
  • Teamwork: To ensure right product/solution recommended to customers by team work with product management, technical service and regional business management.
  • Payment Collection and Follow up: To ensure cash receivable safe by implementing controlling policy and contract signed with the customers.
  • Expense vs Sales Efficiency: Furthest to increase sales profit margin & sales, furthest to reduce sales expenses.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

  • Education: Bachelor on architecture, construction engineering, or other degree.
  • Technical & Professional knowledge: At least 3 years’ extensive experience in technical roles involving the design or technology of architecture or construction engineering systems.
  • Have good moral & integrity character. Good communication skill, very well self-management. Working independently, able to handle challenges difficulties.
