Objectives:

· Build and manage the Footwear, Sports, Leisure market in South India.

Main Tasks:

· Achieve Planned Sales Volume and Margin targets.

· Understand customers requirement , develop solutions to suit Customers requirements & help them in optimising their costs.

· Provide technical assistance & trouble shooting at customer’s place.

· Manage Key Accounts to increase our share and overall business portfolio

· Scout new business opportunity and channelize the resources to convert them into business.

· Initiate product development / formulation change with Technical Development to suit Customer requirement.

· Initiate product development / formulation change with Technical Development to suit Customer requirement.

· Follow and implement Environment Health & Safety guidelines and conduct Safety Seminars / Workshops for Customers.

· Drive projects for business excellence activities & projects.

· Management Information System to Country and Business Management.

· Provide market Information periodically.

· Discuss and implement pricing & rebate policies of the Company.

· Ensuring Sales forecast accuracy.

· Ensuring targeted timely Collections.

· Liquidation of aging inventory

Education:

· Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering , Bachelor degree from Footwear Design & Development Institute,

Experience:

· 6-8 years of experience in Polyurethane , Chemical Industry, Footwear/Sports Industry
