We have posted this position in anticipation of future openings to proactively identify potential talent for our Customer Care team. Your primary responsibilities will be to: Listen.   • Deliver a high-quality customer experience through your interactions with our customers.
  • Be a critical part of a Customer Care Team that manages execution and delivery of the customer experience via the order fulfillment process. You will follow work processes to meet business demand and customer needs. This includes order to cash, processing, exception and discrepancy handling and reporting in SAP, as well as credit block resolution.
  • Serve as the accountable party to our customers through close collaboration with supply chain, product management, sales, operations, and other units within the company.

  • Bachelor's degree required with at least 6 months of professional work experience/college internships OR at least 6 years of Customer Care, Supply Chain, Sales or related experience required in lieu of degree.
  • Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel/Word), web-based applications, and ability to handle multiple PC applications.
  • Ability to interact with the customer in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs.
  • Capability of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak a foreign language is a plus.
