The main area for the job scope is to ensure all of the basic transactions such as sales orders, delivery orders and the billing in order to provide on-time delivery of finished goods incl. samples and exporting management while liaising with all of the relevant internal and external stakeholders (R&D, Production, Sales, Logistics, and external service providers) in alignment with the law, the system SAP, the quality management system (QMS) and the responsible care (RC). Main Tasks

  • To ensure all of the basic transactions such as sales orders, delivery orders and the billing in order to provide on-time delivery of finished goods incl. samples and exporting management while liaising with all of the relevant internal and external stakeholders (R&D, Production, Sales, Logistics, and external service providers) in alignment with the law, the system SAP, the quality management system (QMS) and the responsible care (RC).
  • To give consultation of SCM discipline to business units and other functional units based on considerable experience and technical expertise for all of the sales order handling and exports.
  • To support our customers’ requirements and complaints occurred in customers and logistics.
  • To troubleshoot issues occurred in OTC (Order to Cash incl. DSO; Days of Sales Outstanding) / in the system SAP, and seek the solution in alignment with global and regional standards.
  • To manage all of the relevant master data in the system SAP.
  • To drive process optimization for effective and efficient processes, circumstantially liaise with all stakeholders such as regional SCM, local service providers (LSP) and shared service center (SSC).
  • To manage any global/regional/local projects.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required forthe Position

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in SCM or related field
  • Experience in SCM or related field > 5 years
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferably SAP
  • English (Proficiency level 0 - Poor, 10 - Excellent): Speaking 5, Writing 8
