OBJECTIVES Perform daily operation tasks, loading products into tankers, bulk unloading from road tankers/tank containers, filling products into drums, stuffing filled drums into containers, storing of finished products and raw and auxiliary chemicals based on standard operating procedure and strict adherence to the site HSE requirement for a safe and effective execution. Fill up all checklist associated to operational activities for quality compliances and traceability. MAIN TASKS

• Perform quality check for Isotank readiness prior loading / during loading, ensure safety requirement following as per stated in loading checklist.
• Perform quality inspection for empty drums, proper labelling, good condition of pallet, good quality of filled drums, ensure correct final weight and proper storage of filled product.
• Perform quality check for box container readiness and final product quality prior stuffing. The requirement stated in stuffing checklist must be followed including strict adherence to product segregation, cargo securing and labelling guidelines.
• Print GLM labels and colour coding stickers.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of tools, PPE, equipment, clean zone gowning, equipment and work environment before, during and after operational activities conducted.
• Carry out routine inspection of all safety equipment at work area and report to Superior of any machine / process abnormalities.
• Act as Assembly Coordinator in case of emergency happened at PCW-Aroma following the weekly schedule.
• Carry out regular housekeeping based on determined frequency and apply good hygiene concept to keep work area safe and clean.
• Ensure all documents are completely filled-up, records traceable through proper archiving process and filing.
• The loading, drumming, stuffing and/or other scopes shall be interchangeable and rotated on a fixed tenure subject to management’s discretion.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification, preferably relevant certificate from recognized institutes
• 5 years working experiences in the field of loading and handling drumming machines or related field. Experience in FSSC / GMP / HACCP environment would be an added value.
• Flexible to work on 12 hours day shift or normal shift operations.
• Competent in handling process requirement of chemical warehousing operations. Good knowledge in CLASS Regulations 2013 and SDS will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Word & MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
• Proactive, posses drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self development
