OBJECTIVES Lead the warehousing facilities of spare parts warehouse, product warehouse and chemicals storage to ensure optimum holding of plant spares, efficient and safe running of loading, drumming and stuffing of finished products and storing of production chemicals. MAIN TASKS

• Ensure high quality, specific material master data that optimize material portfolio, lead time, and inventory, avoid duplications and strengthen procurement negotiation position to optimize total cost of supply.
• Enforce continuous review of MRP criteria and stock utilization to ensure optimum holding of spare parts inventory.
• Ensure loading, filling and stuffing fulfil the required specification, quality, and quantity and manage finished product inventory and initiate stock optimization actions.
• Manage logistics cost (e.g. warehousing, loading, drumming technical and capital expenditure), identify cost drivers, collaborate on effective utilization to increase the efficiency, reliability and output of operations.
• Ensure delivery performance to meet customer requirements and stakeholder interests.
• Identify and develop business rules and service levels based on customer requirements and in line with shareholder strategies.
• Involve in procurement process and tender activities for all warehousing and packaging equipment, materials and required services. Scopes include providing technical requirements, identifying areas of services/supply, setting required KPIs, involving in suppliers qualification and technical evaluation processes.
• Active participation in HSE initiatives (i.e. safety management meetings, safety workshops and Plant General Inspection etc.). Enforce and establish high level of safety awareness in all warehouse operations to achieve target of zero LTI. Comply with BPC HSE rules & regulations.
• Develop, consolidate and monitor the departmental budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) to optimise utilization. Analyse the cost structures and recognize the contributing influencing factors that can be controlled and optimized.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any disciplines from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years in Supply Chain Industry
• Having highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Highly independent and possess excellent leadership capabilities that rally team’s output
• Able to work with diverse team
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in computer software especially Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP.
