OBJECTIVES Supervise operations of PCW-Aroma inclusive of loading of products into isotanks / road tankers, unloading of chemicals to storage tanks, filling of products into drums, stuffing of filled drums into box containers / conventional trucks, ensure readiness of packaging materials (empty drum / IBC / pallet / etc.) and storing of finished products and its distribution etc. in a safe and compliance of food safety requirement. MAIN TASKS

  • Ensure fully compliance of FSSC 22000 food safety requirement, Hygiene Master Plan and apply all the HACCP analysis and Risk Management inclusive of PRP, oPRP and CCP.
  • Manage the allocation and distribution of PCW-Aroma manpower including arrangement of contractors for daily operations based on required tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate overall finished products movement to internal and external warehouses for storage and ensure FIFO and high quality of handling.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting operations of the daily loading and unloading, drumming and stuffing schedule.
  • Ensure product stuffing is performed based on hazardous class requirement (where applicable), compliance to product segregation requirement and full cargo securing.
  • Ensure all out-of-specification products are well quarantined, recorded and handled properly to avoid mix contamination of good products.
  • Assess potential risk, hazards and propose mitigation measures before issuing PTW for maintenance works at PCW-Aroma work area. Lead and review Job Safety Analysis / Method Statement supporting for PTW (Cold / Hot Work / Confine Space / Excavation).
  • Ensure proper segregation of waste category and handling Schedule Waste according to Schedule I requirement specified.
  • Plan and follow up on the preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance schedule to ensure system reliability, food safety system compliance and functionality of critical equipment (e.g. unloading and loading bays, loading arms, drum filling machine, fire-fighting equipment and etc.) in order to comply to Site HSE and authority requirements (e.g., DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, IMDG and etc.).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Science / Engineering oriented or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences in Supply Chain or Production / Manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in FSSC / GMP / HACCP environment would be an added value.
  • Able to work on 12 hours day shift operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
  • Able to perform job related SAP daily transaction.
  • Innovative, creative thinker with strong analytical background and production / process orientation.
  • Decision making and problem solving skills used to work in a multinational environment.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision, proactive, result-oriented and a good team player.
  • Highly organize and able to handle multiple tasks.
