Description

Objectives Support on various AR related finance activities. Main Tasks

• Download essential accounts receivable information from SAP
• Print VAT invoices from Golden System
• Delivery invoices to customer on time
• Collect Bank Acceptance Draft (BAD) from CSO
• Check BAD information
• Follow up BAD overdue with BU
• Reconcile BAD data between SAP and BAD warehouse bank
• Process BAD Endorsement

Requirements

• College degree or above with major in finance & accounting related.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Responsible and detail oriented.
