SAP Business Process Analyst (1703808) – Research Triangle Park, NC As an SAP Business Process Analyst, you will provide Master Data process technology and expertise in the creation and maintenance of SAP articles. • Manage all aspects of the Material Master Request Database
• Collaborate with respective US & Global teams to successfully process articles requests
• Develop and implement improvement and process optimization projects within assigned area of responsibility
• Foster a customer focused, service related relationship with internal customers to support the effective and timely creation of article numbers
• Document regional master data maintenance processes and SOP's
• Conduct training with pertinent business groups and individual customers
• Act as the SAP Security liaison for all APN/APT Supply Chain users for the purposes of new SAP security, security troubleshooting and Toll Manufacturing set up

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…

• BS/BA Degree
• 5+ years of SAP experience
• Advanced levels of MS Word & Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
• Strong interpersonal and customer interaction skills

We Also Look For…

• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Understanding of SAP security profile
