Master Customer Data Manager (1703711) – Research Triangle Park, NC As a Master Customer Data Manager, you will you will be responsible for the oversight and daily operations of the existing Data Management Team. You will also be responsible for master data maintenance of customers and their associated transactions, while supporting multiple business units. This operational oversight has a dual focus which includes integral, master data maintenance as well as the collection, validation and reconciliation of our distributor/agent product sales and inventory.   • Interact with an agricultural consortium to share best practices and customer knowledge throughout the industry
  • Apply a customer-centric mindset to define and implement a customer-centric data strategy
  • Promote a transition away from a traditional transactional structure, to a new and more complete single-view-of-customer data structure
  • Effectively and efficiently deliver critical, core customer data of the highest possible quality to the business units

  • BS/BA Degree
  • 8+ years of experience managing/supervising others
  • 5+ years of experience with Master Data Maintenance
  • Experience with Vendor/3rd Party Management
  • Experience with Project Management (PM)
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

  • MS/MBA Degree
  • Experience with AgGateway eStandards
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • 3+ years of experience with Vendor/3rd Party Management
  • 3+ years of experience with Project Management
