This position is based at BASF PETRONAS Chemicals' Sdn Bhd, a RM3.4 billion joint venture that combines the innovative strengths and capabilities of two well-established Fortune 500 companies, BASF SE (60%), the world's leading chemical company and PETRONAS (40%), Malaysia’s fully integrated energy company with a wide network of operations around the world. OBJECTIVES To plan and manage the implementation transformation plan of culture excellence and high performance organizational in line with Company’s business objectives and sustain its business performance

MAIN TASKS

  • Facilitate and execute the organization effectiveness strategies, roadmaps and plans, organize the engagement session with various relevant stakeholders to align and gain feedback, support the benchmarking and lesson learnt captured to inculcate values and culture of high performance organization in a diversified environment in order to achieve successful and sustainable culture transformation.
  • Support and coordinate the deployment of the system and process improvement project; and other related initiatives pertaining to organizational and cultural excellence
  • Develop administrative processes in Change Management project to be accessible to stakeholders
  • Analyse and collaborate with relevant parties to compile and consolidate necessary information and relevant data to support the development of frameworks and strategies for leadership development and culture excellence
  • Coordinate and manage the implementation of leadership development programmes

REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Social Science/Corporate Communication/Business Administration/HRM or equivalent from recognized university.
  • Must have highly proactive attitude with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Highly independent and possesses excellent leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in Cultural and Change Management is a must
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written
