Sr. Analyst, Leadership Excellence (1701999)

Program and Project Management of Leadership L&D initiatives and programs, including the full cycle: needs assessment, program design, development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement partnering with multiple stakeholders (i.e. HR, Business Units, Global COEs and COS) managing vendor and venue relationships and contracts (including delegated procurement, evaluations and logistics).

  • MSBS (Manager Skill Build Series)
  • Hidden Bias Series for Managers
  • Diversity and Inclusion training for Managers
  • Onboarding of new leaders (internal and external)

Formula for Success: You Will…

  • This role will be expected to understand and apply current external trends in the Leadership excellence space, including a focus on digital learning platform.
  • The Specialist will be required to coordinate with global CoEs in the design, development and implementation of common global processes and programs for the leadership career track.
  • This role will have oversight to the content of the myHR Manager e-Resource in what relates to Leadership Excellence and Development.
  • Gathering critical information from multiple sources, synthesizing data and compiling into a report for analysis
  • Interface, relate and communicate with all levels from front-line to executive
  • Work and coordinate with vendors in planning events
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters without disclosing to unauthorized Personnel
  • Supervise operational/administrative resources – assign work, assist with prioritization, coach and provide feedback

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

  • 3+ years work experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 7 year progressive HR experience without degree
  • Expert in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills
  • Proven track record of collaboration across multiple areas in HR and with the business
  • Travel: 10%
