Objective of the Position

  • Responsible for Corporate Recruitment of BASF in Thailand
  • Manage and monitor human resource operations for assigned key account

Main Task Corporate Recruitment:

  • Manage the staff recruitment process of the Company.
  • Search for the short-listed candidates for the requested vacancies.
  • Schedule the candidate interview for the job interviewer and follow up the recruitment process.
  • Prepare the employment contract and related documents for new hires

Site HR:

  • Manage and monitor all human resource operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals
  • Implement HR strategies, policies, systems and processes
  • Provide advice to management regarding human resource functions and Labour Law
  • Drive employee relations necessary to maintain a positive employer-employee relationship and a high level of employee engagement

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • More than 5 years working experience in all Human Resource functions with at least 3 year of experience as a HR Manager
  • Excellent communication in English both in writing and speaking.
  • Good computer skills (MS Words, Excel, Power Point)
