Where the Chemistry Happens… Regulatory Submission Specialist/GLP Archivist (1703939) - Research Triangle Park, NC We are seeking a Regulatory Submission Specialist / GLP Archivist to support our North American Regulatory Department. The position is located within our Regulatory Service Unit and will report to the Head, Regulatory Service in North America. This position will be based in Research Triangle Park, NC. As the Regulatory Submission Specialist / GLP Archivist you will be responsible to maintain and enhance the RTP GLP archives including the storage and retrieval of study reports, and raw data. You will also schedule, assemble and publish regulatory submissions and/or international dossiers. Formula for Success: You Will….

  • Maintain and enhance the RTP GLP archives including the storage and retrieval of study reports, and raw data.
  • Assemble and publish regulatory submissions and/or international dossiers.
  • Support regulatory managers & regulatory support specialists with internal / external correspondence & regulatory submissions.
  • Guide assistant archivist on priority setting.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

  • High school degree and minimum of 8 years experience in an office environment.
  • At least 2 years experience in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and database use.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to handle a diverse number of activities under time constraints.
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong organizational skills directed toward the completion of task-oriented procedures
  • The ability to perform advanced administrative tasks in a regulated industry, preferably agricultural pesticides or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven understanding of registration requirements and processes for obtaining and maintaining registrations.
