Where the Chemistry Happens… We are seeking a Regulatory Database Administrator to support our North American Regulatory Department. The position is located within our Regulatory Service Unit and will report to the Head, Regulatory Service in North America. This position will be based in Research Triangle Park, NC. Regulatory Database Administrator (1703811) – RTP, NC As the Regulatory Database Administrator, you will be responsible for providing project management oversight for various global and local IT projects.   • Provide regulatory IT expertise and guidance for the North American Regulatory Department
  • Participate in internal and external expert group meetings
  • Recommend overall system upgrades and new system development projects to support and improve registration processes
  • Act as the IT contact point for the North American Regulatory Department

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look For in You…

  • BS/BA Degree
  • 8+ years of experience providing technical, analytical, and/or programmatic support in a regulated industry
  • Experience leading computer system development projects, and highly proficient in a wide range of computer software
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

We Also Look For…

  • BS/BA Degree in Information Systems or another Computer Discipline
  • 2+ years of pesticide regulatory experience, responsible for information coordination/publication & electronic document preparation/storage
