OBJECTIVES

To perform day to day operational activities as outlined in the main tasks MAIN TASKS

• Respond to Fire, Hazmat and Rescue emergency.
• Lead small group of ERT for Fire, Hazmat and Rescue Operation Operate fire truck water pump and foam system, rescue and Hazmat equipment
• As a telecommunicator in Response Center Control Room.
• Ensure all station fire equipment such (fire hoses, SCBA and Hazmat equipment etc), Response Vehicles and ER Control room inspected and in good condition. Prepare necessary report to Fire Marshall.
• Assist Fire Marshall and Fire Training Officer on Fire, Hazmat and Rescue Training for BPC staff and ERT members. Preparing necessary logistic preparedness and handling.
• Assist Fire Marshall and Fire Prevention Officer on checking and maintenance all Fire Fighting systems in the plant, building, port storage area and other sites.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum SPM or Diploma from recognized Institutions
• Candidate with ERT background/ had work in Emergency Response Organization is compulsory with minimum of three (3) years experience
• Familiar with fire, hazmat and rescue equipment and tactical operation.
• Having highly proactive attitude, posses drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
• Good proficiency of English, both spoken and written (as part of control room duty)
• Age shall be in between 25-35 years old.
• Highly fit to work under pressure and excellent health condition is required.
• Obtain E driving license. (optional)
