Objectives

  • Develop, optimize and implement of process development & optimization, scale-up, as well as production unit operations for new emission catalyst technologies in Asia region
  • Manage technology transferring from Design or global team to production sites in Asia region
  • Alignments of activities with Design R&D and production sites on formulation design, continuous improvements and technical supports to business team

Main Tasks

  • Lead technology transferring and scale-up for new emission catalyst technologies to meet customer requirements and project timing.
  • Strengthen early involvement with Design R&D to develop competitive technology and its smooth implementation to mass production
  • Be responsible for new unit operation development and implementations to meet new technical requirements on catalyst design, as well as its mass production robustness and productivities
  • Establishes close relationship with production teams in Asia to work together on production continuous improvement, problem shootings, and to continuously improve production efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provides technical supports to business team on needed basis

Requirements

  • PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (0 – 3 years working experience); knowledge in catalysts is preferred.
  • Master degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with 5+ years’ working experience in R&D, scale-up or product production fields
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Profound knowledge and experiences in chemistry and chemical engineering, strong hands-on skills and practices; Strong communication skills and collaborate for achievement
  • Fluent in English
