Main Tasks
- Planning, scheduling and maintenance of process instruments.
- Depth knowledge on Automation, logics and hands-on experience on configuration of DCS, SCADA and PLC control system.
- Knowledge on all type of filed instruments, calibration of process instruments and trouble shooting.
- Preparation of instrument specification, instrument list, BOQ, planning and cost estimation.
- Erection of all types of field instrument as per the product guidelines and commissioning skills.
- Loop checking, problem solving, trouble shooting and failure analysis etc.
- Good communication skill, Coordination with various dept., Good knowledge of ISO documentation & innovative ideas in process industry etc.
Requirements
Qualification: BE (Instrumentation)
Work experience: Minimum 2 years and above
