OBJECTIVES Highly skilled and knowledgeable Civil Engineer with a strong record of sound and safe design of Petrochemical plants / projects. Liasoning with Authorities, Coordinating with discipline Engineering for every project stage. Exceptional skill in consistently performing work environment with strict time-lines.

MAIN TASKS • Prepare the design basis and design criteria for completeness and adherence to applicable codes, Site standards, and technical rules • Prepare, review and discuss geotechnical requirements (Seismic Site Class, dynamic soil properties, pile types, boring locations, etc.). • Prepare the design concepts and layouts for civil discipline. Ensure that local building code and permitting requirements have been investigated. • Civil & Structural design and design validation with latest design software. • Prepare man-hour estimate and staffing plan, Civil cost estimate for budget preparation • Participate in technical bid evaluation of offers for construction. • Support the Engineering Manager and/or Project Manager with regard to discipline issues Support, coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines regarding cross discipline matters • Support the owners’ construction team concerning Civil engineering issues • Monitor engineering costs. Review and comment on all discipline related change orders

Requirement • Excellent Degree in Civil engineering with 10 + years experience or more • Excellent CAD , AutoCAD Civil 3D ,STAAD Pro, Tekla, Smart plan review abilities • Proactive, posses drive and commitment towards standard and performance for self and team • Good supervisory and analytical skills • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill and able to delivery work as per strict time-lines. • Excellent proficiency of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written. • Experience in Chemical / Petrochemical plant design will be an added advantage
