OBJECTIVES

As focal point of responsibility coordinate, monitor & control all Project Management related activities.

MAIN TASKS

• Manage interfaces to the Business Unit.
• Lead the project team and assure proper teambuilding
• Take over the full responsibility with preparing Application B for Pre-, Initial, Final Approval and Project Revision (if necessary).
• Initiate and ensure proper care to all required quality related issues.
• Prepare and update the project execution strategy, project organization, staffing and time schedule.
• Assure proper change management.
• Ensure that the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up concept is developed for the applicable project.
• Assure Risk Management throughout project life time.
• Ensure the implementation / follow-up of Project Requirements during planning and project execution phase.
• Ensure of the proper fulfilment of EHS.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor degree with major study in Mechanical/Chemical/E&I Engineering mandatory
• Minimum 10+ years’ total work experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Petrochemicals & Chemical Industries
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Skilled in Project Management is mandatory.
• Should have a deep knowledge about Overall Project Management of Chemical / Petrochemical plant.
