Formula for Success

  • Leading a cross-functional and diverse team of professionals, you will initiate and manage the creation of site development plans (SDPs) for manufacturing sites in North America.
  • Leveraging your deep work experience in manufacturing, as well as your technical educational background, you will direct the conducting of SWOT and TOWS analyses; draft initial SDP for review; steer development of key actions/next steps to execute the SDP, and monitor progress.
  • Successfully engaging with senior leadership and the business units, you will guide the development of site location recommendations for new capital projects that add new manufacturing or laboratory capacity in North America; including Canada and Mexico.
  • Your strong skills in long-term, strategic planning will be critical as you will be accountable for periodically reassessing the classification and strategic positioning of the manufacturing and laboratory sites in North America, and issuing recommendations for further actions.
  • With your expertise in continuous improvement, network optimization, scenario planning, and asset management, you will prioritize the effort to bring tolling in-house, capacity free for external sales, or for consolidation opportunities in line with Regional Business Unit growth and profitability plans.
