Formula for Success: You Will…

Program Summary

  • 24-month cross-functional rotation program. Participants complete three 8-month rotations in areas such as: Manufacturing/Operations, Corporate Engineering, Ecology and Safety, Maintenance, and Research and Development (R&D). The program has a technical focus.
  • Assignments can be in a variety of locations throughout the U.S.
  • May lead to opportunities in a variety of disciplines within the organization.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

  • B.S. or M.S. in Industrial Engineering, or in process of receiving degree between December 2017 to August 2018.
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2).
  • Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding work ethic.
  • Agility/Leadership Potential.
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Previous internship/co-op experience.
