What you can expect

In the course of your six months internship, you will become a valuable member of our team.

• You will get to know BASF Antwerp and gain useful experience in the area of finance by working on exciting tasks with a lot of responsibility as an active member of the local team.
• Coordination and communication of required project activities to regional project teams all over the world will be an essential part of your tasks.
• You will be working on a project for the implementation of a bilance computer tool and support the project team in setting up a project concept and an implementation plan.
• By supporting the BASF subsidiaries locally you will identify and record relevant rent and lease contracts into SAP R/3.
• You will actively take part in the year end closing accounting activities.
• Furthermore, you will support tax administration and audits.

What we expect

• You are in an advanced stage of your university studies in the field of Finance and are studying at a European university where you show an above average study performance.
• Through your studies and/or work placements, you have gained first international and industrial experience and you are able to communicate in fluent English.
• Knowledge in Dutch would be an advantage.
• You are competent handling MS-Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint.
• Voluntary commitment by engaging socially is what rounds off your profile.
