Where the Chemistry Happens…

This job is to provide support for our end customers, distribution partners, and BASF field personnel in a Call Center setting. There is a strong need for providing technical and application recommendations beyond our basic technical service documentation, as well as assistance in color information retrieval, color tinting, and product recommendations. This provides a bond between our customers and BASF and reduces the strain of our sales personnel.
